Anthony S. Fauci Receives 2020 Gustav O. Lienhard Award for Advancement of Health Care
The Lienhard Award honors outstanding achievement in improving personal health care services in the United States. The award was established in 1986 by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation in honor of Gustav O. Lienhard, a long-serving chair of RWJF’s board of trustees.

The Sarnat Prize honors outstanding achievement in improving mental health, recognizing achievements in basic science, clinical application, and public policy that lead to progress in the understanding, etiology, prevention, treatment, or cure of mental disorders or the promotion of mental health.
