SCCAP student members can present posters in a variety of ways.
- SCCAP members who submit posters for presentation at the APA Conference are automatically considered for SCCAP Awards. Posters are submitted directly to APA during the Call for Posters.
Awards are given for:
- Best trainee/Predoctoral Poster – two awards
- Research Advancing DEI Award
- Innovative Research Award
- THE SCCAP Conference coming in June 2025.
Information will be posted on the website soon as well as sent out over the listserv.
- The SCCAP Practice and Science Committee sponsors Poster Awards at SCCAP-sponsored conferences. Opportunities will be advertised on the SCCAP listserv
Eligibility:
- This award is open to all undergraduate students, and to graduate students in APA, PCSAS or CPA-accredited master- and doctoral-level programs. Students who have previously received another APA award for the same research project are not eligible for this award.
- Applicants must be domiciled in the United States of America.
- Applicants must be a member of SCCAP to apply for these awards. SCCAP is free to join for students.
