The settings should let anyone add comments (blue button in top right corner of window; works similar to MS Word, but we need to click “OK” to save the comment!).
It also should be possible to save a copy, which you could then edit and re-use with attribution. We have licensed it CC-BY 4.0, which means you are free to re-use however you want without checking with us; just please acknowledge where you got it. 🙂
